Support Worker – One Trust (Southwest London)
Up to £28,000pa for 35 hours, 5 days per week (including weekends)
Salary pro rata for part-time hours

We are an expanding service and are growing our team to ensure we have the support capacity to meet increasing demand. In addition to permanent contracts, we also offer casual contracts for people who cannot commit to full-time hours or a fixed working pattern.

One Trust is a specialist day provision for adults with learning disabilities operating 7 days per week. We support people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, complex needs, and individuals on the autistic spectrum, including those who require positive behavioural support.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome people with experience and those new to the field—full training is provided.
You may be a perfect fit if you:

- Are adaptable and able to engage with people on their terms
- Communicate clearly and creatively, tailoring your approach to the individual
- Stay calm and measured in challenging situations
- Can solve problems using your own initiative
- Are confident with technology
- Have good English and strong written communication skills
- Are eager to learn, grow, and broaden your horizons
- Are fit, healthy, and able to meet both emotional and physical aspects of care
- Have experience (or interest) in supporting people with learning disabilities or people on the autism spectrum
- Have knowledge of—or interest in—positive behavioural support
- Are interested in a long-term career supporting people with disabilities
