Teacher of Design Technology - Chestnut Grove Academy
The Role
Required for September 2019
We seek to appoint an enthusiastic teacher of Design Technology who can offer the full DT curriculum up to Key Stage 4, and a specialism at A level. This would include Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics and Food.
Chestnut Grove is a high performing, 11-18, multi-cultural school in Balham, South London. Our motto is a ‘Creative Learning Community’, demonstrating a commitment to providing our students with an innovative and exciting curriculum. We have recently undergone a multi-million pound building programme which has provided staff and students with a modern building.
This post is suitable for an NQT, for whom excellent support would be available. As the lead partner in the Wandle Teaching School Alliance we are able to offer exceptional opportunities for professional development.
