Are you seeking flexibility in when you work, and are proactive, good at taking the initiative, well organised, kind and creative with a keen interest in developing children’s thinking and learning skills while strongly supporting positive behaviour management
We are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant who will enjoy working across all our age groups, and can be called upon to cover for our daily team at short notice. You will be professional and enthusiastic in your approach and will seek to provide the opportunities for the child/ren to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.
You will have a calm, patient disposition and will be able to respond positively to the challenges of working with children. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to helping children achieve their potential in a fun and creative environment.
Ideally you will have experience of working with children or young people in a similar environment. These would be an ideal position for someone considering going into teaching as a career.
