32.5 hours per week excluding breaks (8.30am to 3.30pm Mon to Fri)

Term time only (39 Weeks)

Swaffield is a happy and successful school, committed to its staff and pupils. We need to expand our team of support staff and are looking for the right person to work alongside teachers and other support staff in the Early Years.  This post will be subject to a six month probationary period and may include lunchtime supervision/activities. 

Minimum qualification of Level 2 in Childcare is desirable but not essential, together with GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). You need enthusiasm, energy and excellent communication skills. You also need to be flexible, patient, caring and confident with children. Previous experience working with pupils with SEMH and/or ASD is desirable but not essential.
