This key role is primarily responsible for supporting the Senior Technical Maintenance Officer and Property Management Officers across all forms of directly managed temporary accommodation.
Reporting to the Property Manager we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative officer who will adjust to a fast-paced voids team and provide excellent support to colleagues.

Travel is an essential part of the role, and you would be expected to have your own vehicle available for work use.
About The Role
You are responsible for the provision of a support role to the Senior technical Maintenance Office and Property Management Officers across all forms of directly managed temporary accommodation.
You will be responsible for monitoring and assisting with the completion of post inspections and variations on the NPS system.
You will be assisting the Senior Technical Maintenance Officer with the post inspection of void temporary accommodation properties to ensure that works have been carried out to a consistent high standard.
You will be responding to correspondence within the timescales laid down corporately and provides report for the Property Manager/ Deputy Property Manager as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Have knowledge of property maintenance in residential accommodation.
A good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and the ability to learn other IT packages.
Experience of working in a front line, stressful environment
Have the ability to interrogate computer systems
