Trainee - Business Administrator

The Role

Work Match, Richmond and Wandsworth council’s jobs and skills brokerage is recruiting for a Trainee Administrator to add further resource to an already successful administration team.

As Trainee Administrator you will work in a small team that provides the first point of contact to Work Match services. You will assist with managing resident referrals to the service including registering and managing personal information, you will support with recruitment initiatives to ensure that residents are best placed to secure jobs created through the investment, regeneration, and growth in the borough.

This is an exciting opportunity for a new administrator with some experience to develop and gain desirable skills.

The post requires the successful candidates to work flexibly within the team, providing support for all teams across Work Match

You should have an eye for detail, an ability to self-manage competing priorities daily, and good IT skills including very good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
