Tutors (Lifelong Learning Team)
The Role

The Lifelong Learning team is part of the council’s Children’s Services department and provides an extensive adult education offer.
Due to an expansion of our service we are looking for part time tutors that could deliver in one or more of the subjects below:
- Essential Digital Skills
- Functional Skills English
- Functional Skills Maths
- Functional Skills ICT
- Accountancy
- Youth Work
- Community Interpreting
Skills and experience
- Experience of delivering training to adults (minimum 2 years).
- Experience of delivering via blended or distance learning.
All roles are part-time (3 - 12 hours per week) which could include evening delivery (online). Depending on experience tutor hourly rates are in the region of £25-30 per hour.
