Upper KS2 Classroom Teacher
Teachers Pay Scale with TLR (2a) possibility
Required from September 2020
Smallwood Primary school has a Language Resource Base and Children’s Centre, conveniently situated close to Earlsfield mainline station and Tooting Broadway underground. We are a school moving forward with purpose to improve the quality of teaching and learning with a commitment to raising standards.
We are seeking to appoint a full-time permanent class teacher to join our friendly and dedicated team. Applications are invited from teachers with knowledge and skills in KS2.
We are looking for teachers that are:
- inspirational and highly effective in the classroom;
- passionate about enabling every child to fulfill their potential;
- able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team
- creative in their approach to children's learning
- have effective behavior management
All shortlisted candidates will be contacted to be informed off the next steps in the process
The candidates will be positive and enthusiastic in their approach and will seek to provide the opportunity for the children they are working with to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed during the May half term holiday and have been arranged for: w/c 25th May 2020 at 11.00am.
