We have an opportunity for you to join our highly motivated and skilled team as a Waking Night Support Worker in our Residential unit, Richley House. This role involves working as part of a team to provide guidance, support and care to young people with complex needs, in a nurturing and homely environment.
Our main focus is ensuring children and young people are safe and get the best possible experience whilst staying in residential. Our team of waking night support workers ensure that all of our students’ medical and care needs are met throughout the night hours.
The right candidate will be confident, motivated and well organised. Patience and commitment are essential and above all, you will be someone with a desire to help others. You'll be working within an experienced team of colleagues committed to providing high quality support and education to the children and young people across the school.
Candidates must be willing to undertake a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if they do not already have this qualification
