The Falconbrook staff are friendly and enthusiastic and relish the opportunity to develop and extend their practice as we aim to build on past successes. 

We are seeking applicants who are driven and ambitious for the pupils, the school and on a personal level.  

Applications are invited from teachers with knowledge and experience in Year 2 or 3. The year group will be confirmed following appointment and will be based on the expertise and experience of the successful candidate. 

We are looking for a motivated and inspiring class teacher to join our team and you will:

•    know how to motivate and inspire children to learn. 

•    understand how to use formative and summative assessment to inform Your teaching. 

•    have a genuine belief that all children have the potential for success.

•    understand how to effectively support children to make rapid and sustained progress and will be committed to making this happen.
