The Role

30 hours per week - 8.30am – 3.30pm with 1 hour lunch break – Monday to Friday)

Term time only (38 weeks + 1)

Eastwood Nursery School is part of the Wandsworth Federation of Maintained Nursery Schools.  We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, with outstanding organisational skills, to provide a warm, welcoming and professional environment as the first point of contact for the Nursery School.

The successful candidate will need to have the required qualifications/experience in line with the person specification, have worked within an office or similar environment and have the ability to manage workloads under pressure, alongside meeting deadlines and prioritising a varied workload.

Confident use of the Microsoft Office suite is essential as well as excellent IT skills and the ability to use databases and other software packages.
