Following the re-organisation of the Building Control Technical Support teams in Richmond and Wandsworth, we have exciting opportunities for the following newly formed post:
Building Control Technical Support Officer
In providing a range of administrative and financial support within a busy and varied service that covers Building Regulation applications and Enforcement, Dangerous Structures, Demolitions, Safety of Sports Grounds, Temporary Structures and Tree root claims
You will be a team player, with a strong commitment to customer service and have sound administrative, analytical and IT skills. You should have excellent communication skills, to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people and you will
be expected to produce work of a consistently high standard, paying close attention to detail.
Experience of working with CAPS Uniform and Northgate M3 IT applications would be a considerable advantage, and effective communication with internal and external customers is an essential function of the role.
To succeed you will have the relevant skills and demonstrate a commitment to equalities and the provision of a high-quality service.
You will be required to work a 36 hour week, Monday to Friday in accordance with the Flexible Working Policy
