The school was judged “good” by Ofsted in October 2022 and “outstanding” by the Archdiocese of Southwark in May 2019.  Our Roman Catholic, Salesian school, in the heart of Battersea, strives to ensure that all its young people are given the opportunity and support they need to achieve their best, fulfil their true potential and go out into the world confident and ready to ‘earn their own bread.’

We are currently looking for a well-organised and self-motivated Administrator to join a supportive, passionate and dedicated team of professionals. Our mission is based around ‘without confidence and love, there can be no true education’.

The main purpose of the role is to deliver effective and efficient administration to the sixth form, the careers provisions within the school and work experience. The Administrator will handle all aspects of the College’s administration related to sixth form, T levels and the school’s careers programme. To be the first point of contact for employers, parents and students.

The Administrator will be confident in communicating via email, telephone and face to face. The successful candidate will be well organised and will support prospective employers, students and parents.

We expect the successful candidate to take an active interest in understanding the processes and priorities of being part of a dynamic sixth form with the ability to work as part of a team as well as having a caring, positive attitude and being a good listener.

Are you a people person, who can engage and influence a diverse range of young people? Are you a person who would be excited to help young people work towards their aspirations? Are you able to motivate young people to believe and achieve?

Early applications are welcome, and we reserve the right to appoint before the closing date if we find a suitable candidate.
