Customer Service Adviser – Alcove Assisted Care Technology Company

Full time / Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)

Alcove is a market leader in assisted care assisted uses connected, smart technologies to keep elderly and vulnerable people safe and better connected whilst allowing them to remain independent in their home. By installing sensor-based technologies within individuals’ homes, the health and well-being of vulnerable residents can be better monitored, leading to potential problems being identified earlier.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join us as our Customer Technology Adviser. You will be responsible for installing our technology in our clients’ homes, working closely with family members, social workers, local authorities and the Alcove team to ensure a fully customised tech solution that provides the best for their health and well-being.

This role will include:

• Speaking to social workers / referring partners to understand needs of clients
• Deliver, collect, install and demonstrate, repair and maintain care technology in people's own homes
• Teaching our clients how to use our products
• Provide customer service support to our clients – help fix issues and get them using our devices
