About Us
Can you see yourself playing an important role in leading a team who manage the Council’s temporary accommodation for Richmond and Wandsworth homeless families?
If so, this is a unique opportunity to work for a ground-breaking shared staffing structure across both boroughs.
This key role is primarily responsible for providing an efficient housing management service to our homeless households for the Councils’ directly managed temporary accommodation and private sector leased properties.
Reporting to the Property Manager we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Deputy Manager who can lead a diverse team of property management officers to deliver a high quality performing customer focussed front line service.
We want a self-motivated manager who has a track record of leading teams, ensuring targets are exceeded, through effective team development and management.
