Head of Facilities and Estates - Wandle Learning Trust

The Role

Wandle Learning Trust, Dagnall Street, Battersea, London, SW11 5DT

Working Pattern: permanent, full time, 36 hours per week

Make this role your own, as you set and drive estates and facilities management operations for a top performing Multi Academy Trust.

As part of the Executive leadership team you will:

  • Shape, lead and manage the Facilities & Estates function across Wandle Learning Trust.
  • Manage & improve a proactive Health and Safety process throughout the Multi Academy Trust.
  • Manage, in conjunction with Headteachers, the Facilities & Estates support staff.
  • Ensure that the Estates & Facilities are kept open and fit for purpose and that value for money is achieved.

You will possess a proven track record in senior level management, as well as leading complex projects and procurement, ideally within a public sector organisation. Strong leadership and contract management skills are essential; you will be adept in the regular review of team performance and contracts ensuring value for money in addition to efficient operational delivery.
