Human Resources Officer - Graveney School

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and outstanding HR professional to join our HR team. The successful candidate will assist with the provision of a comprehensive generalist HR service across the Trust, supporting our secondary and primary schools. The role will suit someone who is diplomatic and can confidently advise managers on all matters relating HR best practice.  You will have excellent organisational and time management skills; you can work flexibly and under pressure in a fast paced environment. Competency in the use of IT and HR Systems is essential as is the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a diplomatic and professional manner.

Other responsibilities include the recruitment administration for all the schools which will include robust safeguarding checks and ensuring compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education. Ensuring records are maintained and updated in accordance with both internal and external guidance, up to date and ready for inspection.

You should be committed and not fazed by the demands this exciting opportunity provides with a can and will do approach to work.   Candidates must have a relevant qualification and be able demonstrate relevant and sound experience to fulfil the functions of this important key appointment.
