We are looking for an experienced ICT Technician who will have had experience of providing technical support. This ranges from general trouble-shooting to resolving simple and more complex queries from staff and pupils alike who work on many different areas within our campus. This may include providing remote/in-person support to both our Trust Primary School’s when necessary. The successful applicant must have extensive knowledge of windows packages including Microsoft Office and will be an excellent communicator.  Experience of working in an educational setting, whilst not essential, would be desirable.
