The Role
(Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Term Time Only (39 weeks per year)

The children and young people within the school have a range of sensory impairments, including deaf-blindness and additional needs including physical disability, and complex medical needs. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming young peoples’ lives, promoting independence and has a desire to develop their career in a Special School setting.
Our ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications of working with students with a range of communication needs and significant, proven leadership and management experience. You'll be leading a team of Occupational Therapists and leading on continual improvements in our Occupational Therapy provision. You need to be an excellent communicator and inspire and motivate both staff, parents and pupils to achieve their best.
We are looking for a highly motivated and expert practitioner.
