Occupational Therapy Team Leader - Linden Lodge School

The Role

Hours: 22.5 Hours per week (0.6 FTE)
Working Pattern: Term-time only (39 Weeks per Year)
Required: ASAP

Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and shape a ground breaking Occupational Therapy provision?

Owing to a relocation, there is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and highly motivated team to manage and develop a child centred occupational therapy service delivering the best outcomes for sensory impaired children.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with students with a range of needs as well as significant, proven leadership and management experience. They will also have knowledge and experience of working with sensory integration.

You will be managing a team of Occupational Therapists and leading on continuous improvements within our provision. You need to be an excellent communicator, able inspire and motivate staff and build strong working relationships with both students and their families to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes.

A SI module 2 qualification would be an advantage but funding and support for this would be made available for the right candidate.
