Office Assistant with some Teaching Assistant Duties - Beatrix Potter Primary School

30 hours per week (8.30am to 3.30pm)

Term Time Only (38 weeks)

Required from as soon as possible

 

Do you have Admin experience? Are you a TA who is highly organised, friendly, calm, approachable and keen to work in a busy school and office environment?  

We are seeking to appoint an office assistant who will primarily work in the school office with some teaching assistant lunchtime and playtime duties. You will largely be responsible for manning the front desk, liaising with families, running messages, inputting attendance alongside general admin support and supporting with preparing financial information.

 

You will have a calm, patient disposition and will be able to respond positively to the challenges of working in a busy school office and with children. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to supporting the wider team through your own flexibility and willingness to learn. You will be the first person to meet and greet the people that come to the school and therefore should be warm, friendly, kind and helpful.
