Ernest Bevin College is seeking to appoint a dynamic, creative and motivated Pastoral Lead. We require our successful candidate to join the College to support the management of the pastoral welfare requirements of the school.
Ernest Bevin College is a vibrant school full of young, enthusiastic boys who want to succeed. It is a school where the staff are dedicated to giving each and every student the education that opens doors to any path they wish to tread in their future.
We believe every student has the right to achieve at the highest level and be able to secure the very best qualifications. As part of this commitment we need graduates to work within the Learning Support/Special Needs department to support identified students across the academic and social curriculum.
We need you to help some of the most vulnerable students to make the progress and achieve the results they are capable of. The successful applicant will receive full support and guidance in developing the role. You must have an understanding of equal opportunities and be willing to build a rapport with young people in a professional capacity. Working at our school will require a flexible and dynamic team player who is committed to enabling pupils to succeed.
The successful candidate(s) will join a team that will help to develop and hone the skills that enable you to have choices in your future pathway.
