Print Services Officer

The Role

We seek a dynamic, multi-tasking, Print Services Officer, with a good eye for detail and excellent customer facing skills for this fast paced SSA Facilities Management Team.

This is a newly created service that brings a fresh approach to Facilities Management operating across both Richmond and Wandsworth councils.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient, full document production, design and postal support service.

You will be responsible for in-house printing, quality control along with a full postal service liaising with both internal and external customers.
In addition to this, the successful applicant will provide support to the wider Facilities Management team as necessary including managing and maintaining accurate records. They must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a flexible and co-operative approach to changing business needs.

You will be reporting to the FM Operations Manager and you will be part of a supportive, energetic team, working together to address the challenges in this fast paced, varied and exciting environment. You will need to demonstrate experience of working within a pressurised environment, able to prioritise a hectic workload.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Use of digital print production and finishing equipment, postal despatch equipment
  • Provision of a bespoke customer experience for print production and design quality control
  • Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email and face to face
  • Provide administrative support across the wider Facilities Management Team
