The Role

18 hours a week Term time only (39 weeks)
Required September 2021

We are seeking a part time Science Technician to join our strong Science Department. The successful candidate will be supported by the Senior Science Technician and the Head of Science. The department consists of 11 teaching staff and 2 technicians in newly refurbished science labs. Science is hugely popular at the college and the technician provides a key support role by preparing experiment for science classes.

At GCSE the achievement of our boys outperforms every headline measure of boys for Local Authority Maintained schools. In 2020 our A*-C results at A Level improved by 12% and over 120 students from our mixed Sixth Form took up places at some of the finest universities in the country.
