Tooting Primary School and Franciscan Primary Schools are part of the Graveney Trust which opened in 2013. Graveney School is already established as a thriving school in the local community and achieved an OUTSTANDING Ofsted rating in all areas in June 2015. Our Primary schools are also well received in the community and we have just initiated nursery provision at Franciscan Primary School. Our Primary Schools are within walking distance of each other.
Both Primary Schools are located in the heart of Tooting, SW London and we currently have approximately 700 pupils in total.
We require an experienced School Office Manager to lead the day to day running of the school offices at both primary schools and to work in partnership with our administration and finance teams within the Graveney Trust. We would expect 0.5 of the working week at each school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the relevant experience who is keen to develop their career.
Ideally you will have experience of managing a school office and excellent administrative and organisational skills, including SIMS and all Microsoft packages, be able to manage a busy and demanding workload, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the schools offices. Excellent communication skills and a flexible “will do” approach to work are essential; as is the ability to maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people within the community.
