Site Manager - Burntwood an Academy for Girls

The Role

Full time/Part time: Full Time, 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Reporting to: Assistant Principal/CFO
Responsible for: Site Services Team
Commencing: 3 January 2023

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly organised and enthusiastic Site Manager to join Burntwood School from 3 January 2023. 

The successful candidate will have the responsibility for the management and operation of premises related functions at Burntwood including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, cleaning, health and safety and contractors. Our ideal candidate will:

  • have relevant health and safety qualification or be willing to undergo training as required;
  • have understanding and ability to apply regulations;
  • have experience maintaining multiple buildings and grounds;
  • be an excellent team leader with a can-do attitude;
  • be committed to working in a team;
  • be proactive in using ICT to maintain Site Services records.
