The Role

Full time, 36 hours per week, all year round
Commencing as soon as possible

The successful applicant will join an existing team which comprises:

1 x Site Manager
2 x Site Supervisors
3 x Site Assistants
1 x Grounds person

Burntwood is a very large Secondary School that is open from 7am until 9pm or later each day during term time. It is increasingly open outside school hours including evenings, weekends and School holidays.

In addition to completing the duties of Site Assistant, the Site Supervisors will support the Site Manager and Deputy Principal in undertaking additional duties to enhance the work of the team.

There may be occasions when a Site Supervisor is the most senior member of the team on site and in the absence of the Site Manager will assume responsibility accordingly.
