Teaching and Learning Assistant for ASD Provision - Sacred Heart RC Primary School
The Role
35 hours per week (8.30am - 4pm)
Term time only (39 weeks)
Starting date: 02 September 2019
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our happy, thriving and successful primary school in Battersea to provide support for pupils in our ASD Base. Good levels of literacy and numeracy, experience with SEN, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents and SEN professionals is a requirement, as is a passion for and commitment to working with children on the autism spectrum.
This post would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant or an aspiring teacher and would provide an excellent opportunity to acquire the skills and experience necessary to apply for teacher training. You must be willing to undertake professional development as required.
