Waking Night Staff - Oak Lodge School

The Role

£23,476.61 - £24,768.04 per annum (Actual Salary, Scale 4 Spine Point 7 – 10) (Full Time Equivalent £24,705 - £26,064)

40 Hours per week

Term Time only (39 weeks)

Fixed Term – 1 Year Initially

Phoenix House Residential Service forms an integral part of the school. We provide accommodation for a maximum of seventeen young people aged 11-19 years.

Phoenix House is looking for a Waking Night Staff to provide support for students with a wide range of needs and communication methods. The students reside in Phoenix House for 1-4 nights a week.

We are looking for a Waking Night Staff who has good problem-solving skills, ability to communicate at all levels and ability to use your own initiative. Staff also needs to be creative, innovative and reliable. Staff must be able to work 10pm-8.30am. 30 minutes unpaid break are given each shift.
